Returns & Exchange

We love our customers and also want you to love us back! Therefore we have a No-Questions-Asked Return and Exchange Policy as below:

  • To initiate your returns or exchange login to your account on our website and go to Order Dashboard. We accept refund or exchange requests within 15 days of you placing an order, so do take your time!
  • Select the order or product you would like to return or exchange and we will send you an email confirming that we have received your request
  • Alternatively, you can whatsapp us or call us at +91-90353-36127 to share your exchange or return request. Nothing like a short chat or call! We also revert on emails so you can share your return or exchange request at support@ecentric.in
  • If you have ordered for more than 1 product, you can just select a product and place a request need not return or exchange the complete order
  • Once your request is received, we will initiate a return/exchange pickup, please note that the reverse pickup of product/s will be done by us
  • Avoid using a plastic cover to send us the product back, our effort to safeguard the environment requires your support

Exchange

In case it is an exchange we will dispatch the new product within 24 hours of receiving your request and you should be able to track your order here and over email.  We initiate the reverse pickup within 2-3 days of receiving the request so you need not worry, just wait for the new product to reach you 😊

Refund & Return

If you do not like the product (while we really hope you do), you can request a refund.

Cash-On-Delivery (COD)

For a COD order, we will request you to share your UPI ID or bank account details over WhatsApp to +91-90353-36127 or email us at support@ecentric.in so we can process your refund. You shall receive the transaction receipt over email and WhatsApp once the refund is processed which is normally done within 2-3 days after receiving the request

Other online payment modes (Prepaid)

In case your order was prepaid, we will process your refund in the same credit card or bank account. Usually we process refunds on the same day (money comes first, product pickup later!) and it should reflect maximum within 2-3 days of receiving your refund request.
